Editorial Policy

How we select sources, separate fact from judgment, handle changing information, and correct the material we publish.

Effective August 2, 2026 · Applies to the online guide, website content, and 1-on-1 research

Purpose

Practical information needs a visible method.

Digital-nomad decisions combine slow-changing context with details that can change overnight. A useful guide must say where information comes from, what was verified, when it was reviewed, and where personal judgment begins.

This policy applies to the continuously updated online guide (G2T Gold), free website material, and research prepared for approved 1-on-1 planning sessions (G2T Diamond). It does not turn the studio into a legal, tax, immigration, medical, financial, or security adviser.

Source hierarchy

Closer to the source carries more weight.

When sources conflict, we prefer the source with direct authority over the subject and make uncertainty visible rather than forcing a false conclusion.

01

Official authorities

Government portals, immigration and tax authorities, embassies, consulates, regulators, and official public notices are the first reference for rules and requirements.

02

Primary service providers

Official documentation from telecom operators, banks, payment networks, transport operators, software companies, and accommodation platforms is used for product-specific details.

03

Independent context

Reputable reporting, research publications, and clearly dated local material may add context, but they do not override an authoritative primary source.

04

Reader and community reports

First-hand reports help identify questions and possible changes. We treat them as leads to verify, not as final evidence on their own.

Research and publication

How material is handled.

01 / Verification

Check the claim, not just the page

We record the source and access date, look for the authority behind the statement, and compare another reliable source when a detail is consequential or unclear.

02 / Attribution

Separate fact from interpretation

Rules, published prices, and official requirements are presented as sourced facts. Comparisons, frameworks, and planning suggestions are identified through context and wording as editorial judgment.

03 / Recency

Date material that can change

The online guide identifies publication or revision dates where useful. Time-sensitive sections are prioritized for review when a material change is reported or an editorial update is scheduled.

04 / Uncertainty

Do not hide unresolved differences

When reliable sources disagree or a rule depends on nationality, status, or personal circumstances, we state the limitation and direct readers to the relevant authority.

05 / Tools

Tools are not sources

Software and AI-assisted tools may support organization, comparison, or translation. They are not treated as evidence, and publishable material remains subject to human review.

06 / 1-on-1 planning

Use the same standard in live guidance

Research for personalized planning follows the same source hierarchy as the online guide. The session helps organize choices; it does not provide representation or replace professional advice.

Time-sensitive information

Verify again before acting.

Entry rules, visa policies, tax obligations, prices, network coverage, and provider terms can change after publication. Readers remain responsible for confirming critical details with the relevant authority or provider before booking, paying, traveling, or changing legal status.

Corrections and independence

Errors should have a clear route back to the studio.

Report a possible error

Email support@go2tur.com with the guide or page title, the statement in question, a source link, and the date you checked it.

How corrections are handled

We review the source and scope of the issue. Confirmed material errors are corrected in the working edition or next available revision, depending on urgency and distribution method.

Commercial independence

Payment does not buy a destination ranking or undisclosed recommendation. Sponsorships, affiliate relationships, complimentary access, or other material interests will be disclosed where relevant.
