This Privacy Policy explains how Go2Tur Studio handles personal information when you visit go2tur.com, contact the studio, purchase the online guide (G2T Gold), or apply for personalized 1-on-1 planning (G2T Diamond).

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:

• contact details such as your name and email address;
• online-guide order details, checkout email, and access status provided by our checkout or access provider;
• the guide checkout email or order reference, time zone, preferred language, budget, shortlisted destinations, work context, timing, and questions you choose to share in a 1-on-1 planning application;
• basic technical data, such as device type, browser, approximate location, and pages visited, if privacy-conscious analytics are enabled.

We do not directly collect or store complete payment-card information. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.

We use personal information to create and maintain online-guide access, verify eligibility for 1-on-1 planning, assess applications, communicate review decisions, arrange accepted sessions, prepare written action summaries, respond to messages, provide customer support, maintain site security, improve our products, keep required business records, and comply with law.
