These Terms of Service govern your use of go2tur.com, your purchase and use of the G2T Gold online guide, and applications for G2T Diamond 1-on-1 planning. By using the site, completing a purchase, or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Go2Tur Studio provides a shared online guide, G2T Gold — Online Guide Access, and personalized planning for verified guide buyers, G2T Diamond — 1-on-1 Planning Session. We do not act as a travel agency, booking provider, employer, financial adviser, tax adviser, immigration adviser, lawyer, or managed IT service, and we do not guarantee a particular travel, visa, connectivity, work, or financial outcome.

2. Informational nature

Travel conditions, laws, visa rules, prices, connectivity coverage, software pricing, and local practices can change quickly. Our content reflects research and experience at the time of publication. You remain responsible for checking official sources and making decisions appropriate to your circumstances.

3. Online guide access (G2T Gold)

Purchasing the G2T Gold online guide gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access it for your personal use. Your access link and account credentials, if any, may not be shared. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, reproduce at scale, provide public access to, or create derivative commercial products from the guide.

The online guide is intended to provide long-term access with ongoing editorial updates. We may change the hosting platform, access method, structure, or presentation when reasonably necessary, while maintaining materially equivalent access for eligible customers. We may restrict access that is shared, abused, or used in breach of these terms.

4. 1-on-1 planning (G2T Diamond)

The G2T Diamond 1-on-1 planning service is available only to customers with a verified online-guide purchase. Buying the guide makes you eligible to apply but does not guarantee that an application will be accepted or that a session will be available. There is no charge to apply. We verify the guide checkout email or order reference, review whether the request fits the service scope, and assess whether a suitable time is available.

If an application is accepted, we propose a time and send payment instructions only after both sides confirm the session time. The service includes the application intake, a 60-minute Google Meet session with a real person, and a written action summary delivered within 3 business days. It may compare up to two candidate destinations. It does not include itinerary booking, visa filing, legal, tax, immigration, employment, medical, security, or managed technical services. You are responsible for providing accurate context and independently evaluating all suggestions.

5. Payments and delivery

Payments may be processed by a third-party checkout provider whose own terms and privacy practices also apply. Online-guide buyers receive an access link at the checkout email after successful payment. 1-on-1 planning applicants cannot pay directly through the public site: verified and accepted applicants receive a private payment link only after a session time is confirmed. The session is reserved only after successful payment. Please contact us if you do not receive the stated access or meeting details.

6. Refunds

Online-guide sales are final once access is granted, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to cancel or receive a refund. If your access link does not work, contact us within 7 days so we can restore or replace access.

After an accepted 1-on-1 planning session has been paid, it may be rescheduled once without charge when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. A cancellation requested at least 48 hours before the session receives a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and cancellations after the session begins are non-refundable. If Go2Tur Studio must cancel and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, the session fee will be refunded in full.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or reproduce its content at scale, or use the products in violation of law.

8. Intellectual property

The site, branding, written content, illustrations, and digital products are owned by Go2Tur Studio or used under permission. No rights are granted except the personal-use license stated above.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Go2Tur Studio is not liable for decisions by travel providers, authorities, financial institutions, software vendors, internet providers, or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the studio, our products, or the law. The date at the top shows when the latest version took effect.
